Permanent Supportive Housing

  Southern Supportive Services (SSS) Permanent Housing Program will provide long term support for Clients that wish to stay for an extended period of time in our Program.  ​

Client will continue to receive our Support Services that would be determined by staff.

Each Client will be screened on an Individual bases in order to be qualified for the extension into a Permanent bases.

There will be no time limit for the Client as long as Client abides by all Policies, Procedures and Regulations that have been set forth and agreed to by Client upon initial entrance to the SSS organization!

Client will be screened by staff to ensure that the Program is being adhered to at all times.
